You'll need the serial number of your sauna, which can be found on the bottom of the warning label inside of the sauna cabinet attached to the front wall. An example of the serial number: 2123
After the system matches your serial number to our records, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information, and the address where the sauna has been installed. |
